The Autism Society of Miami Dade is committed to bridging the gap between families and the services, resources, education, and assistance they need. We strive to make support easier to find, easier to understand, and easier to access for families throughout Miami-Dade and surrounding communities.

Connecting Families to Resources
Our vision is to create a strong, inclusive community where families do not feel alone while navigating therapies, education, advocacy, care coordination, and long-term support. We aim to connect families with professionals, providers, educators, community organizations, and programs that can help meet each child’s unique needs.

Support Through Donations, Sponsors, and Events
Through sponsor donations, fundraising events, educational conferences, and community partnerships, we seek to provide assistance and guidance to families who need support. These efforts will help expand access to resources, strengthen family advocacy, and bring valuable services closer to the community.
Education and 1:1 Student Support
As part of our long-term vision, we seek to support the growth of private school opportunities that provide a 1:1 student ratio for children with Autism, special needs, developmental delays, ADHD, and ADD. We believe every child deserves individualized attention, structure, compassion, and support in a nurturing educational environment.
Lifelong Support and Social Connection
Our vision also includes supporting adults with special needs by creating social clubs and community-based programs where they can continue building social skills, life skills, independence, and meaningful friendships. These programs will offer safe, welcoming opportunities for adults with Autism, developmental delays, ADHD, ADD, and other special needs to stay connected, participate in enriching activities, and feel valued within the community.
